Just under 4500 feet in elevation, The Bonita Farm and Rose peak Ranch has a four-season climate in its varied terrain.  Summer highs are generally mild while the generous annual rainfall keeps the mountains green.  The winter temperatures rarely go under the mid 30's but still provide snowfall for those mountains.

The climate is generally mild with over 300 days of sunshine a year.  Average summer temperatures are in the 70's and average winter temperatures are in the high 40's. Humidity is very low yet warm summer days are frequently cooled by afternoon thundershowers

This Arizona farm and ranch land is a precious commodity in one of the nation’s most remarkable valleys.
