                            -  The Rose Peak Ranch  -

The Rose Peak Ranch consists of the following real property and improvements located at the base of the Winchester Mountains: 1,960 acres of deeded ranch land, a State Grazing lease and a small forest service allotment allowing this ranch to easily support 140 head of cattle with the farm land.

The unique location of the deeded property allows the private property owner the ability to control all access to and from the ranch and the lands surrounding the ranch.

The historical cattle production numbers which are available from the current owners document the fact that the combination of grasslands and browse on this ranch are a perfect match for the healthy cattle you will see.
